Lōkahi Federal Credit Union is excited to introduce an all-new card management experience—designed to give you more control, convenience, and confidence when managing your Lōkahi FCU cards.

What's Changing?

Starting June 16, 2025, card management will be seamlessly integrated into Online Banking and the Lōkahi FCU Mobile App—no more switching between apps! Plus, you’ll enjoy powerful new features and improved functionality to help you stay on top of your finances.

 

How to Get Started

To take full advantage of these new enhancements, here’s what you’ll need to do:

1. Access Online Banking or Download the Mobile App

 

2. Update Your Mobile App

On June 16, 2025, make sure your Lōkahi FCU Mobile App is updated.

  • If your device updates apps automatically, you’re all set.

  • If not, visit your app store to manually install the latest version.

 

3. Find "Manage Cards"

  • Once updated, you’ll find your card management features under the “Manage Cards” section in both the app and Online Banking.

 

How to Get Started

Online Banking:
Look for the “Manage Cards” section on your home screen.

Mobile App:
Tap “Manage Cards” on your dashboard or via the menu.

What's New?

 

Here’s what you can do with the new integrated card management tools:

  • Report a lost/stolen card

  • Submit travel notifications

  • Set or change your card PIN

  • Activate a new card

  • View your digital card details

  • Track spending insights

  • Pay your Lōkahi FCU credit card directly from the app

  • View and download credit card statements and transactions

  • Request a balance transfer to your Lōkahi FCU credit card

  • View merchants where your Lōkahi FCU debit or credit card is saved

  • See your recurring payments tied to your Lōkahi FCU debit or credit card

  • Search transactions with plain-language descriptions

  • Download transactions to a spreadsheet

  • See your credit card rewards points balance

  • Receive enhanced alerts, such as:

    • Contact info changes

    • New card activations

    • Payment due reminders

    • PIN or address changes

    • Authorized user updates

    • and more!

  • In the near future, you'll be able to add your Lōkahi FCU cards to your mobile wallet directly from the app

We’re excited to bring you a smarter, simpler, and more secure way to manage your cards—all in one place. As part of this transition, the standalone Lōkahi FCU Card App will be retired in the near future. While no exact date has been set, we encourage you to begin exploring the new card management features within Online Banking and the Lōkahi FCU Mobile App.
