eStatements

Make the switch to receiving eStatements today! This paperless option is faster and safer than paper statements that come in the mail.

Why eStatements?

You may enroll in eStatements either through Online and Mobile Banking or by sending us a message.

Log in to Online Banking or Mobile Banking.
On the menu, click on the dropdown arrow for "Accounts" and select "Statement".
A new page will appear. Click on the "Agreement to Receive Communications Electronically" PDF link.
Read and review the Agreement.
Copy the Security Verification Code on the Agreement PDF when you are done reading. Close the Agreement window.
Enter the Security Verification Code into the box.
Click "Accept". You're in!

Log in to your Online or Mobile Banking Account.
Go to the menu, then click on "Messages".
Click on "Compose New".
Select "Member Service" as the Category.
Type "Enroll in eStatements" as the Subject, and "Please enroll me in eStatements" as the Message.
Click "Send" and await confirmation from the Lōkahi FCU team.
