Lōkahi Federal Credit Union provided 159 Keiki & Kupuna IDs at the Celebrate Safe Communities event at Pearlridge Center on March 9th, 2024. This service was provided to the public at no cost. Fifteen Lōkahi FCU staff and family volunteers took shifts working the booth, which was located in the Mauka wing's first floor, right under the Lōkahi FCU Pearlridge Branch.

Lōkahi Federal Credit Union has completed their year-long green energy initiative by installing a rooftop solar system at their 32,000-square-foot Pearl City Branch Headquarters. The 287-panel solar system is expected to generate approximately 185 megawatt hours of energy per year, significantly reducing their reliance on traditional energy sources. In addition, the green energy initiative aligns with Lōkahi FCU's commitment to sustainability and reducing their carbon footprint.
